Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about listings, boosts, ads, premium tools, and how Beyond Mooner works. If you still have questions, reach out to support.
Getting started
What is Beyond Mooner?
Beyond Mooner is a discovery and research hub for crypto tokens. We surface listings, promoted placements, and analysis tools so you can compare projects in one place without jumping between multiple sites.
We do not custody funds, execute trades, or run presales. The platform is informational and advertising- supported, and we always encourage independent research before you act.
How do I list or submit a token?
Use the Submit token flow and provide a verified contract address, chain, website, and socials. Submissions are reviewed for completeness and policy checks, then approved for public display.
A clean submission (correct contract, clear branding, and active liquidity) usually moves faster. Missing or incorrect contract data is the most common reason a listing shows incomplete market data.
After submission, your token moves through review states (pending → approved or requires updates). If we need clarifications, you'll see a request in your account and receive an email with next steps.
Can I claim ownership of an existing listing?
Yes. If a listing already exists, you can request ownership during submission or from the project details page. We may ask for verification (domain email, signed message, or official links) before assigning owner status.
Once verified, owners can manage project details, promotions, and ad placements tied to the token.
Ownership also unlocks editing rights for your project profile, including market data corrections and official links. If ownership changes hands, we can assist with transfers after verification.
What information should I prepare before submitting?
The essentials are: token name, symbol, chain, verified contract address, website, and social handles. Optional but helpful fields include launch date, audit links, KYC status, and community channels.
Providing these up front improves trust signals and reduces delays during review.
How does the token submission review process work?
Every submission is checked for accuracy and safety signals. We validate the contract address, chain, and basic metadata, then confirm that the token has a legitimate trading pair or planned launch details.
If something is unclear (for example, mismatched contract data or missing official links), we pause the review and request an update. Once corrected, the listing is approved and becomes visible across the site.
This keeps listings consistent and reduces the number of tokens that appear without market data.
Rankings & boosts
How are tokens ranked in listings?
Rankings use a clear order: Boosts → Score → Votes. Boosts are time-bound promotions that temporarily increase visibility. Score reflects signals and community activity, while votes represent public support.
This order keeps paid visibility transparent while still allowing organic rankings to surface strong projects. When boosts expire, listings return to their normal ranking.
What is the difference between promoted and regular listings?
Promoted sections are paid placements shown separately from the organic listings table. Both sections can accept boosts, but they are ranked within their own placement group to avoid mixing paid placements with organic rankings.
This keeps it clear when a token is promoted while still giving promoted listings tools like boosts and voting within their section.
Why can anyone boost a token?
Boosting is a community support action. It allows supporters (not just owners) to help a project gain visibility during launches, announcements, or marketing campaigns.
This mirrors real-world behavior where communities rally around projects. Boosting does not imply endorsement; it only affects placement visibility.
How do boosts affect score and ranking?
Boosts elevate visibility by moving a token higher in the listing order for the boost duration. Scores are still calculated from community signals and market data, so once a boost ends, the listing returns to its organic rank.
This keeps boosts time-bound and prevents them from permanently influencing long-term rankings.
Can votes and watchlist activity affect rankings?
Yes. Votes and watchlists feed into the Score component used in ranking. This helps surface tokens that the community is actively tracking.
We also apply anti-abuse safeguards and rate limits to reduce manipulation.
Ads & banner placements
What ad placements are available?
We offer featured listings, promoted placements, and banner slots across key pages. These placements are designed to improve visibility while keeping sponsored content clearly labeled.
You can review all options in Pricing & ads.
Do ads affect scores or research metrics?
No. Ads provide visibility, but they do not alter research metrics, risk scores, or analytic signals. Promoted placements are clearly marked to distinguish them from organic discovery.
This separation helps maintain trust in the analysis tools.
How does scheduling work for ads?
Ads are scheduled in time blocks based on availability. If a slot is already booked for a date range, the system blocks overlapping reservations to avoid conflicts.
You will see current and upcoming bookings while selecting dates so you can plan around availability.
What are the creative requirements?
Each placement has fixed dimensions (for example 970x90 for leaderboard banners). We validate sizes on upload to prevent distortion or clipping.
You can upload static images or animated creatives where supported. If a creative fails validation, you will be prompted to replace it before checkout.
Tools & analysis
What tools are available right now?
Core tools include the Analyzer, Alerts & Watchlists, and premium tools such as Risk Desk, Launch Radar, Health Timeline, Sentiment Pulse, and Insights Hub.
Each tool focuses on a different angle: liquidity risk, launch momentum, project history, community sentiment, or personalized dashboards.
What does the Analyzer show?
Analyzer compares liquidity, momentum, confidence, and community signals across tokens. It is designed for quick side-by-side decisions so you can identify strengths and weaknesses at a glance.
Premium modes add deeper analysis and custom weighting to help advanced users build a tailored strategy.
You can select up to four tokens and compare metrics like market cap, 24h volume, age, and risk indicators. The comparison view highlights deltas so you can see which project is stronger on a given signal.
Analyzer is best used as a screening tool, then paired with project details and official resources for final verification.
What is the Risk Desk?
Risk Desk aggregates risk indicators such as liquidity stability, whale flow shifts, and rug-risk scoring. It is designed as a premium layer to help users identify higher-risk signals before they commit.
Non-premium users can preview the layout, but the live metrics are reserved for premium members.
Example signals include sudden drops in liquidity, unusual wallet concentration changes, and short-term volatility spikes. The tool surfaces these changes so you can act quickly if risk increases.
Risk Desk does not guarantee outcomes. It is a safety lens intended to complement your own research and on-chain verification.
What does Launch Radar track?
Launch Radar highlights new listings, presales, and upcoming launches based on verified metadata and market signals. It helps you spot fresh opportunities early.
Launch windows update as tokens move from "launching soon" to "just launched."
Filters let you focus on specific chains or launch windows (for example, tokens launching within 24–72 hours). This makes it easier to monitor activity without scanning every listing manually.
Use Launch Radar alongside watchlists to build a personalized pipeline of new opportunities.
What is the Health Timeline?
Health Timeline shows historical events like audits, KYC updates, liquidity milestones, and key changes in a project's lifecycle. It helps you see whether a project is improving or stagnating.
It is especially helpful when comparing older tokens that have undergone multiple updates.
Each entry is timestamped so you can see how frequently the team updates documentation or completes verification steps. This helps distinguish projects that actively maintain transparency.
Use the timeline when evaluating long-lived tokens or when deciding whether a project is keeping pace with its roadmap.
What does Sentiment Pulse show?
Sentiment Pulse aggregates public chatter and community activity to highlight momentum shifts. It is not a price predictor but a context signal to pair with market data.
Premium members can view deeper sentiment scoring and watchlist-specific summaries.
The tool looks for short-term increases or drops in engagement so you can understand whether a move is driven by hype, news, or organic growth.
Use Sentiment Pulse as a second opinion rather than a single decision trigger.
What is Insights Hub?
Insights Hub is a premium dashboard where you can pin snapshots from other tools and build a personalized research hub. It keeps your chosen signals in one place instead of re-running each analysis.
This is ideal for tracking a shortlist of tokens or recurring investment themes.
Pins capture the exact context of a token at the time you saved it (risk, sentiment, liquidity, and momentum). This lets you compare how a token evolves over time.
It is designed as a long-term research desk for active investors who want a curated view of their shortlist.
Watchlists & alerts
How do watchlists work?
Adding a token to your watchlist lets you track it across listings and tools. Watchlists act as a personal shortlist that powers alerts, premium insights, and quick access from the dashboard.
If you are logged in, watchlist state is saved to your account and syncs across devices.
You can remove tokens at any time. When a token is removed, it no longer contributes to watchlist intelligence calculations or alert triggers.
What is Watchlist Intelligence?
Watchlist Intelligence is a premium feature that turns your watchlist into a decision-ready summary. It highlights momentum leaders, risk spikes, liquidity gaps, and confidence trends across your saved tokens.
Non-premium users see the preview, while premium users unlock the live metrics and comparisons.
The goal is to reduce noise by showing only the most meaningful changes. This makes it easier to decide which tokens to review in detail.
How do alerts work?
Alerts notify you when specific conditions change (volume spikes, liquidity shifts, price movement, or signal updates). You can configure thresholds to avoid noise.
Premium members get richer alert types and higher limits for active rules.
Alerts are designed to complement watchlists. They help you stay informed without constantly monitoring the listings table.
Premium membership
Why upgrade to Premium?
Premium unlocks advanced analysis (Risk Desk, Launch Radar, Health Timeline, Sentiment Pulse, Insights Hub), boosts discounts, ad discounts, and premium themes. It is built for deeper research and better savings if you actively promote or invest.
It also removes certain limits in community features and adds premium indicators to your profile.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of your current billing period. You can manage this from your account settings and you will not be charged again after the current cycle ends.
We also send confirmation emails with the effective end date so you always know when access will change.
Is Premium required to use the site?
No. You can browse listings, vote, and use the core Analyzer without Premium. Premium adds deeper tooling, enhanced watchlist insights, and savings for boosts and ads.
You can also preview premium tool layouts before deciding to upgrade.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, Stripe attempts retries based on your payment settings. During this period, your subscription may be marked as "past due" but access remains active until retries are exhausted.
If the subscription lapses, premium tools lock again and you can reactivate at any time.
How do monthly vs annual switches work?
Switching schedules the new interval at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until the current cycle ends, then the new plan begins automatically.
We show the exact effective date in your subscription management panel and send an email when the change is scheduled.
Market data
Where does market data come from?
Market data is aggregated from multiple sources (DEX feeds, aggregators, and verified project metadata). We refresh data frequently to keep listings consistent across tools and pages.
If a token has no active liquidity yet, market data may appear as unavailable until a trading pair exists.
Why do some tokens show missing data?
This can happen if a contract address is missing or incorrect, or if a token has no verified liquidity. When data is unavailable, we show placeholders until verified market data is found.
If you see blank data, verify the contract address and chain in the project details page. Owners can update these fields for faster resolution.
Why do volumes differ between pages?
Pages may display cached data at slightly different refresh intervals to reduce load. If one page appears ahead of another, it usually resolves after the next cache refresh.
You can use refresh controls where available to fetch the latest snapshot.
Community & safety
How do community comments work?
Each project page includes a community tab for discussion. Comments are text-only and can include links. Premium users have higher limits and additional features, while regular users have basic limits.
We moderate content to reduce spam and protect users from scams.
What are health votes?
Health votes let the community mark tokens as higher or lower confidence. These are informational signals and do not replace independent research.
Premium members see aggregated counts, while non-premium users see the overall signal summary.
Support & policies
How do I contact support?
Visit the Contact page for support, KYC, audit submissions, and promotions. We respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
